Howdy, I live in a very diverse area, the San Francisco Bay Area to be specific, and im not trying to be racist or stereotypical or anything of the sort. It’s just that, everywhere I look, there are mixed couples, and couples that stick with their own ethnicity. But, in my entire life, I have never seen another couple, in which a Hispanic guy is dating a Asian girl, let alone a Hispanic and Asian dating. Am I really the only one in this case, or am I not looking hard enough. Also, to add to it, everywhere we go, even in San Francisco, we tend to get starred at continuously. I’m just very curious, that’s all. Also, if anyone is wondering, I am Mexican, my girlfriend is Vietnamese.
My boyfriend is Mexican, I’m Asian. "We" aren’t alone..lol. I hadn’t really paid much attention to being an interracial couple until a car salesman told us he had never seen a Hispanic with and Asian. Oh yeah, we met in La Jolla, California…of all places! If you haven’t been there, it’s not really the most diverse town. =D
There are hispanic and ansian couples here in LA. There isn’t a lot of them but they exist.

Dude you got to come to LA….I have like three Mexican friends that date Asian girls and I see that some what often. Plus Asian girls don’t really go for Mexican guys most of the time I see them dating white guys

In the U.S., being the melting pot that it is, I would find it hard to believe that you are the only hispanic dude with an asian gf.
Consider yourself one of the fortunate few however.
The rest of you guys who don’t have asian gf’s, you don’t know what you are missing.

I’m Asian and my husband is Mexican. We live in LA and I’ve seen so many mixed raced couples. We know 2 other couples that are also like us. One is Vietnamese and Mexican and the second couple is Chinese and Mexican. Like some of the people here have mentioned, it seems to be pretty common. I’m surprised to to read that it’s not such a common sight especially in a city like SF! Looks like you guys should move down to LA!
As long as you two are happy, nothing really matters.
