Are they OK with their daughters dating men who are not hispanic, such as Whites or Asians? What about the families in general, siblings and extended family. Has anyone had to endure going through this?

i TOTALLY disagree with the 1st answer, my friend is multi-racial…Black, Hispanic, and Caucasian and she is beautiful…down here Hispanic and Black dating is a regular, you see that more than Blacks and Blacks dating sometimes and some people don’t like that…ask me why…i really don’t know, much people don’t have a problem but you know there are bigots every where…

some are, some aren’t. I haven’t seen the Asian with the hispanic daughter, but i have seen the White guy with the hispana and usually the parents welcome him, especially if he learns the culture!!

my mom married a white guy. At first her family didn’t like it, but when they realized that he was interested in the Mexican culture and that he learned how to speak Spanish and tell some jokes, they loved him!
