Hispanic isnt a race, and most (latinamerican) Hispanics are of various mixes Spaniard, African and Indian blood.. Many latinos from the Caribbean, Panama, Venezuela and Brazil have African blood so technically if she’s from one of those nations it aint really interracial dating, and Latinamerican culture actually retained more african elements than African American culture itself. But if she’s mexican or annother type of White or Mestizo Latino then it’s interracial.
As for asian….yes, obviously. Asian aint black, so if you date an Asian, its interracial.
Example:
You + Rosie Perez isnt really interracial because even though youre two different ethnicities (you’re African American and she’s Puerto RIcan) you both have African blood (She’s mulatta and you’re mostly black)

and hispanics can be of mixed race, black, or white, but if you are dating a white hispanic then its not intercultural anymore, hispanic is a unique culture but you will find many don’t claim race so it is almost like interracial.
Yes, most would consider that interracial dating. I would consider an Asian woman with a black man an interracial couple. Would the Hispanic woman be white, brown, or black? Because you know there are different types of Hispanics. If she is black and you’re black then it wouldn’t be interracial since you have the same race, just different cultures.
