Hispanic is an ethnicity not a race so therefore anyone of any race born in a Spanish speaking country in Latin American can be considered Hispanic. You can be a black, white, asian, zambo (black and amerindian), mestizo (white and amerindian), mulato (white and black) and still be Hispanic!
