Who cares? The longer we differentiate between races the longer they will be differentiated. Their kid will be a kid, his skin tone is irrelevant.

Yeah it is, if they have hispanic bloodline, and the other has white bloodline, ITS INTERRACIAL dating/ mixing when they have offspring together, not that it would be easy for just anyone to tell the difference just by looking at the kid though.

First of all, there is no such racial group as Hispanic, which is a lingual designation. Within the Spanish-speaking community there are as many races as there among the English-speaking people. What the children would be called is bi-lingual, not bi-racial.
Secondly, there is no such racial designation as "white." The proper term is Caucasian and they represent the largest group of genetically similar people in the world, spanning all 6 habitable continents. There are 3 subdivisions of the Caucasian race in Europe alone. In Asia Caucasians inhabit much of the Arab world, Persia, Afghanistan, the central Asian plains, parts of China and much of northern India. Northern Africa also includes many Caucasians and Caucasians of mixed race characteristics.

Most white Hispanics are Native Americans or at the very least mixed race they call themselves white because in Latin America they encouraged Native Americans and mixed people to call themselves white.
Take a look at a casta painting Native Americans were expected to become white and many of them did Hispanics are not white they are Native Americans or mixed race.

Many people who are not Caucasian have Caucasian features many East Asian peoples have light skin like we do many people such as East Asians and some black Africans have narrow noises like we do they have these features because they naturally developed them very few features are exclusive to one group of people.
Caucasian is a term that has fallen out of use in anthropology it is generally accepted facial features are distributed across a cline so your talking rubbish.

Since the government consideres Hispanic to be a race, then yes.
However, technically, Hispanic is NOT a race, so therefore I would consider this inter-CULTURALLY dating.
