    i don’t know if shadows is actually the right word

    what i suspect it does is recognize the differences in light absorption for different areas on the face relative to one another, say:
    dark eyebrows / shiny forehead

    i think it’s the ratio that counts

    what do you mean by receiver?
    that’s what the Cobalt oxide crystals are for

    The face recognition is actually really fascinating, but I wonder how they deal with different angles and such for the shadows? Say you have two different photos of a person under different light.

    Would it be accurate then? Just wondering.

    Also, I like the fuel idea, but I don’t know how practical that would be. It would require a very well made receiver that’s underpriced :P
