What are the recent technological development in science and technology on plants and animals?

Based on government program and projects of Development of Science and Technology (DOST) Department of Agriculture (DA). Fiber Industry Development Authority, City and Municipal Agriculture office. Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Bureau of soils. I need it for my 1st year High School research.
