With modern science/technology and advanced knowlegde can a woman over age 40 get developed /enlarged labias?

I had a vaginoplasty 1 year ago. In the process, the doctor cut off my lower vaginal labias esp. on the right side. Is there a way the vaginal labia can be redeveloped or growned out again? ( With steroids/ hormonal treatment, etc;) My partner says it feel "off" that my lower lips is missing during the lovemaking process.

yea it possible, maybe……..
